Effective September 28, 2004, the court’s memoranda dispositions will be posted on our public web page. Dispositions will be removed after 30 days. Even though available on the web page to the public, readers are reminded that these dispositions may not be cited to or by the courts within the circuit pursuant to Circuit Rule 36-3. They are being made available on the web page to provide more timely access to the parties, press and public. Memoranda dispositions issued by the court’s screening panels are not currently included.
